JVAN'S ANSWERED PRAYERS KENNELS

         We are a small family ran kennel in central West Virginia. We raise AKC registered blueticked hunting beagles. We do not trial so I don't know anything about trials. But I do  know a good, hard huntin, brush bustin rabbit beagle when I see one. And that is what we have here at JVAN'S ANSWERED PRAYERS KENNELS. Our dogs are trained to get in the thick stuff ( I DO NOT BELIEVE IN FINDING THE RABBITS FOR MY DOGS), find a rabbit and chase it to the gun. We occasionally have pups for sale. When we breed we do it to better our kennel and we sell a few to support our rabbit hunting habit. Thanks for visiting our site.

First and formost I have to say Thank You to GOD for all the blessings he has bestowed on me and my family, most especially for his son, my Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!!!!!!

Secondly I have to say a BIG OL' THANKS to some of the people who got me started and who have helped me along the way in this hobby that I love so much.

  Thanks to Mr. John Hedrick of Napier W.V.  John helped me get my first beagle (RUFUS) and has played a big role in getting most of my dogs started.

 He also owns Curry Ridge Kennels and BIG JOHN'S HUNTING SUPPLIES. He also  has a good pup starting pen. He carries and makes Day-Glo collars of just about any color you want and most of the time keeps a full supply of  THE PRIDE DOG FOOD. He is also a Tri-Tronics and Dan's Hunting clothes dealer. I have found that he is more than fair on his prices.

 Thanks to Brad Shingler. Who took me out with him the first time I ever went and who along with his Toby and Trixy dogs got me hooked. They also taught me alot about what this sport is about in the early stages of this hobby of mine.

 Thanks to Leon Butler, Eric Allender, Brian Mayo, Dusty Hall, Ed Lockcuff, and Mr. Raymond Golden who along with Brad have made it possible for me to have some good places to run my dogs.

I also need to say Thanks to Sally McGehee of Oak Hill Bluetick Beagles for some realy good hunting beagles. I would recomend her to anyone who wants a great quality Blackheaded Bluetick rabbit dog. They have alot of hunt in them.

Also a Super Thanks to my Loving, Lovely and Super Understanding Wife, Vanessa who does not ever give me a hard time about my hobby. Or the amount of time I spend with my dogs or the amount of money I spend on them. She is the best!!!!!!!! 

 And last but not least Thanks to everyone who has purchased a pup off of me. It is my hope that they bring ya'll as much happiness as mine do me.
